We hold business contact details, such as name, job title, company, work email address and company website, taken from publicly available business sources. If you reply to us or book a call, we also keep that correspondence and booking.
We email business contacts about our services, or about services offered by the businesses we work with. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We only contact people in a business capacity, we say who we are in every email, and we keep messages relevant to the recipient's role.
Every email includes a clear way to opt out. Reply to say you would rather not hear from us and we will stop straight away and add you to a suppression list, so you are not contacted again. You can also email us directly at any time.
We use service providers to send email, schedule calls and store data. They process it on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data.
We keep contact details for as long as they remain relevant to our work. If you opt out, we keep only your email address on our suppression list so that we can respect your request.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to us using it. Email george@usevarn.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
